Code Of Conduct For Pupils

  • Students must come to school on time and in completely clean and prescribed uniforms on all weekdays and at all school events.
  • Students must strictly follow the lesson plans of the school according to the instructions.
  • Everyone is expected at school five minutes before the first bell.
  • Students must participate without fail in prayer and assembly. After the meeting, students should calmly goto their classrooms.
  • Students must follow strict discipline both inside and outside the classrooms.
  • Students are not allowed to shout or play in classrooms orhallways.
  • Students must wear neat and tidy uniforms on all working days. The shirtshould be tucked in correctly. Boys should see their hair cutat regular intervals.
  • All homework must be completed and submitted on time with no errors.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. Expensive jewelry orornaments are strictly prohibited and the school administration will not be responsible for their loss.
  • The educational institution accepts responsibility for students on the school premisesbut not for any adverse event beyond their control.
  • Students are not allowed to write or scratch the walls andthrow paper or ink into classrooms and school rooms. Fines for damage to buildings and furniture must be paid at the discretion of the principal.
  • Absence from the annual examination without a valid reasonis considered as retention. No re-examination will take place. In the case of meritorious students, the director considers the marks of the year for promotion.
  • 13. Parents or guardians are not allowed to interview their children or talk toteachers during school hours. All inquiries should be directed to the schooloffice.
  • The school does not take responsibility if the student is forced to return home during class for not wearing the school uniform, not bringing class books, not leaving parents’ signatures on notes written by teachers , in the absence register, due to the disciplinary calendar and frequent tardiness.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable. Delay in payment may result in students being prevented from taking their exams.
  • Students must bring diaries with them during all school days.
  • Parents are requested to carefully read the above rules and ensure that their children follow them.
  • Students should always create a happy and healthy atmosphere in the schooland try to be happy and cheerful.

Conduct, Punctuality & Discipline

  • Students should be punctual in attending the school. Irregular attendance, negligence in doing homework, disobedience and disrespect towards member soft he staff justify dismissal.
  • It is compulsory for every Pupil to come to school in full uniform, clean and tidy including foot wear well-polished.
  • Pupils are not allowed to come to school with gold ornaments of any kind or any other costly wear.
  • Each Pupils responsible for his/her own things, like Books, Note Books and other articles.
  • Enlisting the Students to the School implies that the  Parents/Guardians and Students agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the School formed by the management from time to time.
  • Every Pupil is expected to be courteous and good natured. Misbehavior and use of foul language, Gross insubordination to School authorities and Teachers will be seriously dealt with which may even lead to expulsion of the pupil concerned from the school.
  • Students must bring text books and note books required by their time table, as well as their diary and writing materials to School everyday.
  • Students should behave in a proper manner wherever they go. They should always remember that the School would be judged by their conduct.
  • Boys shall ensure that their hair is trimmed short at regular intervals. Girls shall plait their hair neatly into two halves with a ribbon. Finger and toe nails shall be manicured, tattoos should not lie in their body.
  • Students shall treat all school property with care. Students are forbidden to write or scribble on the wall/furniture, dirty the classrooms or damage any material. When any damage is caused to the School property by any Pupil, it should be brought to the notice of the Principal immediately. The Parent/Guardian will have to compensate for willful damaged one to school property or to that of others.
