General Guidelines
Attendance & Leave
- Leave of absence will be granted only on written application from the Parent/Guardian
Examinations & Promotions
- Promotion be granted or denied on the basis of marks/grades obtained for all subjects in the examinations as well as co-curricular.
- Students are required to appear for all examinations. Absence from the Terminal/Annual Examination means total loss of marks. If the student is unable to attend the examinations because of any unavoidable reason or emergency, the Parent/Guardian shall submit a leave letter stating the reason. Those who absent for an examination without sufficient and justifiable reason acceptable to the Principal will be considered as having failed in that examination. No re-examination will be conducted.
Rules For Library
- Silence shall be observed in the library at all times.
- Students shall not bring any book of their own into the library except their note books and a pen or pencil.
- Books shall be returned on or before the due date indicated without fail.
- Books can be renewed for a period of one week, provided the book is not in great demand.
- If a Student loses or damages a book, the cost of the book has to be paid.
Rules For Laboratory
- Silence should be observed while doing practical work in the Laboratory. The instruction given by the teacher and the Laboratory Assistant must be followed.
- Students will be responsible for any breakage or loss should be reported immediately to the Teacher-in-charge.
- If there is any breakage, the same has to be compensated.
- Students will hand over the chemical apparatus used for the experiment to the Teacher when the experiment is over. They shall not bring any Chemicals or instruments into the Laboratory and not take out any chemical or instruments from the Laboratory.
FEES
- Fees shall be paid on the dates specified.
- If fees or other dues are not paid within last specified date, the student name shall be removed from the rolls, and henceforth, he/she will be barred from attending classes. It shall not be responsibility of the school authorities to remind Parents/Guardians to remit school fees. In such an eventuality, Parents/Guardians have an option to inform the Principal in writing of their willingness to clear all dues and request for re-admission of their child/ward. However, Management reserves the right to decide whether or not the student should be readmitted.
- A student who fails to pay complete school fees, for the current academic year, will not be permitted to continue in the next academic year.
Transfer Certificate
- Application for Transfer Certificates (signed by the Parent/ Guardian) should be submitted before March-31 along with the Stationery charges for issuing the TC.
