Notes To Students & Parents
1. Notes To Students
Wish every teacher irrespective of the class handled. Stand up at once. Wish a teacher or visitor when they enter and leave the class room. Don’t interfere when the teachers are conversing. Be polite while speaking to teachers, elders in general. Use “Please” while requesting and “Thank You” while receiving. Maintain silence in the absence of the teacher. Do not talk with whispers in the class rooms, corridors and stop conversing when teachers or other superiors pass by. Read the students hand book carefully and act/abide on it. Make note in it of important things to you. Use of bad language, unruly behavior and manners are strictly forbidden. Aim at full attendance and unfailing punctuality. Be God fearing. A prayer to God for help will always be answered by him. Never waste time. Time is precious. Use it well.
2. Notes To Parents
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school by enforcing regularity and discipline in the children and by taking sincere interest in their progress.
- The child must be taught to pray every day to understand that we depend on God’s love and providential care. The spiritual aspect must be rooted in child from the childhood.
- Read the Information written on the board, in a circular or special instruction given in the handbook. Inculcate this habit in your child also.
- To see that your children are preparing their lessons at home and devote at least an hour in the morning and in the evening to study. Only if parents give their full co-operation to the School, it can help in all-round development of the child.
- Parents/Guardians are requested not to see the children or interview the teacher during class hours without prior permission of the Principal.
- Parents should check the SMS every day and note the homework given and see that homework is done before the children are sent to school the next day.
- Any communication (request/complaint) made by the Parent should be addressed to the Principal only.
- Parents and Guardians are requested to see that their children come to school with their hair properly cut and combed in neat school uniform.
- Parent should encourage their child to participate in the school activities.
